ALTHOUGH MOST COMPANIES SEND SAMPLES USING JUST A SMALL STRIP OF A FILM IN ITS NATURAL STATE IN AN ENVELOPE, METWEST SAMPLES ARE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.

We feel there is no other way to demonstrate the quality and application of our product than to be able to see a sizable example of a project. Custom glass films are sampled on sections of the requested material, to show the color, opacity, and/or pattern. With Gradients, we send out 6” wide strips for the full height of the gradient for testing. For large mural wall coverings, we will also print out large 24”x30” sections at full scale in order to accurately demonstrate the final print quality.

MEASURING CAN BE DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY IF ON A LARGE JOB. SIZING IS THE FOUNDATION FOR A PROJECT AS IF THERE IS A MINOR ERROR, IT COULD THROW THE WHOLE PROJECT OFF.

An experienced estimator from our team will personally visit the site to discuss the project details. This includes a thorough walkthrough of the site, actively listening to your needs, and presenting potential options or alternatives. This valuable information is then compiled to provide our design team with accurate data. All projects will come with a detailed elevation of the proposed plan; we then update until our client is 100% satisfied. We regard our elevations as a communication tool – an image can say a thousand words. We do not rush, make an assumption, nor do we ever move into production until our client is certain we have everything in place. Even if we have to make numerous revisions, we will never go into production until our client has signed off and approved everything.
